Cancellation of member subscription is available from the member dashboard. Selecting this will cancel the auto renewing subscription. Access to the membership level you are subscribed to will remain available until the expiry date.

Cancelling the subscription does not remove your account from the website. You will be able to login however the content will be restricted once your current membership has expired.

Our website stores only essential data. Your email address, username and a default search location. Removing your account fully from the server can only be actioned by admin. Complete the contact form requesting account removal if you would like your account removed completely.
